Halloween is the perfect time to practice makeup and try out new looks. This post features sugar skulls, mermaids and bat/cobweb liner. Considering it is nearly halloween weekend here are some ideas for inspiration including loads of links to products and tutorials.

Originating from Mexico's day of the dead sugar skulls are always popular for halloween; there are many different takes on them, for example adding glitter.

Fish net tights have came back into fashion over the last year and since then people have been using them for a mermaid look to recreate what looks like scales. It's easy to do and looks great when finished.

Bat and cobweb liner is a new trend for 2017. It's a bit more difficult to do and the right eyeliner is key. A really fine (almost like a pen) eyeliner would be best for this.
